Letting go of negative thinking is a natural by-product of the stage study. We have to reclaim our humanity, and while we desperately want to have a fear-free life, worrying about how we’ll accomplish our tasks of today, will only perpetuate more worry. However, when we set a time each day to breathe, accept thoughts of worry and anxiety (instead of resisting it), our negative thoughts will come in, and go. And when they go, what will take its place are the whispers of our intuitive voice our quiet authority – our child within.
